Maître Lavallée offers a professional and compassionate setting where the parties find space to express their needs and wishes. Settling conflicts in an amicable way reflects well Me Lavallée's professionalism, and, as a mother of 3 herself, understanding of priorities.

When both parties are willing to settle their differences, either during a separation or when updating an agreement, mediation is a preferred solution. If you wish to set a path that will lead you to a viable
long-term solution, mediation can meet your expectations, even if communication is difficult.

Furthermore, mediation conducted by a law professional is the best way to minimize delays, costs and stress.

Maître Lavallée teaches family law and participatory justice at the École du Barreau du Québec, and gives a public seminar on parenting after separation offered by Quebec’s Ministère de la Justice. She is
also a member of the Association des avocates et avocats en droit de la famille and the Association de médiation familiale du Québec.
